SHIPPING & HANDLING

Domestic Shipping


Domestic orders are dispatched via the Australia Post Express Post network. Orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible, within one to two working days. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all metropolitan areas in Australia. For regional areas, delivery may take longer.

International Shipping 


International orders are dispatched via Australia Post Pack & Track International Air Mail. Delivery of your order may take up to 14 days. For international orders, depending on your country of residence, you may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival. Bulk orders will be dispatched as advised once the order is complete.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Returns/Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges on items that are in their original condition within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email info@dogwoodcandlecompany.com.au regarding your return request within 48 hours of receiving goods.

Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense. You have 14 days from the date of issue of your order to send back your item(s). Return postage costs are non-refundable. Once a return has been approved, goods are to be sent in original condition with proof of purchase to P.O.Box 344 Shoreham, VIC, 3916,  Australia.
